Our 7 Step Process Ensures a Great Buying Experience.

Availability to show you homes in a timely manner is a huge factor in your buying experience.  As a team we have the ability to serve you at a very high level.  When you see a home that you love, we know you want to see it ASAP!  When you want to see a home someone is always on duty.  15 minute rule: We have sales associates at 15 office locations across the valley so your agent will usually be less than 15 minutes away.   Our #1 Goal is always to exceed your expectations.

Step 1  Meet in person and create a wish list.

Let’s get to know each other!  Already have a few homes in mind?  Give us a call, we'll set up showings today.

Step 2  Mortgage Pre-qualification
If you have a lender, we need a copy of your pre-qualification document.  If you need a lender, we highly recommend our Mortgage Partner, Melissa Figueroa.  Financing >

Step 3  Listing alerts sent to you based on your criteria
At this stage in the process, we’ll send you notifications about the listings that you’re most likely to be excited about.

 

Step 4  Schedule Showings and attend open houses
Here’s where the buying process gets really fun! We’ll go to open houses together and schedule showings of the homes that you’ve loved from our listing alerts.  We'll be there with you each step of the way.
 

Step 5  Find the perfect home and write an offer
When you’re ready to make an offer, your agent will present a written offer to the seller.  Your agent will be in constant contact with our team leaders who research the property and verify that your offer is prepared and presented in the most tactful way.  In a competitive market offers must be handled with strategic insight.
 

Step 6  Acceptance, appraisal and inspection
After acceptance, you have a 10 day inspection period.  We recommend that you hire a home inspector.  If any defects are found we can negotiate repairs or a repair credit with the sellers.  Next, your lender will order an appraisal to verify the value of the home.  You also have the right to do a final walk through 2-3 days before closing.
 

Step 7  Time to close and get the keys
Get excited because it’s time to close on your home!  You will sign the final paperwork at a Title Company and once that is finalized, we will meet you at your new home to give you the keys!
